Retreat to Wellness

Jennifer Corcoran founder of Zen Wellness Holistic Centre Parkwest is on a mission to make wellness gatherings & retreats accessible by hosting single day events that are designed for you to reset, pause, breathe, stretch, eat and connect with beautiful like minded people.

Jen from Zen Wellness & Celine from Minding Me Wellness have curated a special one day complete healing retreat.

You deserve to take a break from your busy life and focus on self care. This event will be held in a lovely indoor / outdoor location in the heart of beautiful nature in the beautiful Stone House in the Moyvalley Hotel in Kildare just 30 minutes from Dublin.

Morning: A light breakfast will be served with specially crafted green juices for cleansing and detoxing. Followed by a morning yoga session with Celine and short intro on the power of breath and our relationship with ourselves. A powerful guided Meditation lead by Jen to raise your vibrational frequency.

Afternoon: The meditation class will be followed by a refreshing hydration station and sit down healthy vegan lunch prepared by our very talented chefs in Moyvalley Hotel. Following lunch this will be YOUR time for what is most beneficial for you. Relax in our lovely outdoor area, go for a mindful walk, enjoy a personal development book or get to know one another.

Evening: We will close our day with a laying down meditation with sound therapy, followed by a powerful intention setting experience.

This event welcomes all levels and was created with the desire to create a space where people feel comfortable and share a judgement free space. Carve out some space and time in your week for you. Make the time to take a deep breathe, stretch out and let go of the working week, socialise, become part of a bigger community.

Deposit to secure place is €37 & balance of €110 is due on the morning of retreat.
