Rhythm Training (Twerking & Whining Edition)
MONTHLY RHYTHM TRAINING CLASS FOCUSED ON CONNECTING MOVEMENT TO MUSIC, IMPROVING MOVEMENT QUALITY & BUILDING SKILLS FOR CHOREOGRAPHY!
This class is for dancers who want to understand the music, not just count steps.
Rhythm Training is a space to deepen your connection to sound, timing, and flow — helping you feel more confident whether you’re freestyling or learning choreography.
In this session, we work with simple, repeatable movement patterns, explore how they shift when the music changes and end with a mini choreography that integrates these patterns. By using the same movements across different tracks, you’ll begin to:
• Hear different instruments in the music
• Feel rhythm in your body more naturally
• Move with confidence instead of overthinking
This isn’t about memorising routines.
It’s about building musical awareness that carries into every dance style.
Who this class is for
• Beginners who want a strong foundation
• Improvers looking to sharpen musicality
• Choreography dancers wanting better rhythm & flow
• Anyone who wants to feel more connected when they dance
You don’t need dance experience — just curiosity and openness.
Class Structure
Rhythm Training runs monthly with rotating focuses.
Each month explores a different style, allowing you to build rhythm across different genres.
