Unlike any other whiskey, Roe & Co was made in collaboration with a hand-picked group of Ireland’s top bartenders who, together with Roe & Co Master Blender Caroline Martin, created a unique blended whiskey that is perfect for cocktails.Roe & Co is made from the finest hand-selected stocks of Irish malt and grain whiskies and aged in bourbon casks. It has the signature smoothness of Irish Whiskey with remarkable depth of flavour - a luxuriously smooth blend, with a perfect harmony between the intense fruitiness of the malt and the mellow creaminess of the grain whiskies.Roe & Co is named in honour of George Roe, the once world-famous whiskey maker who helped build the golden era of Irish Whiskey in the 19th century. His distillery, George Roe and Co extended over 17 acres on Thomas Street in Dublin and was once Ireland's largest distillery. As neighbours for hundreds of years George Roe and Co and Guinness were the two biggest names at the heart of Dublin’s historic brewing and distilling quarter. The new distillery and visitor centre, which will open in Spring 2019 is situated just a stone’s throw away from where the George Roe and Co distillery once stood.

Celebrating reinvention with Roe & Co Irish whiskey through a creative workshop series 
Roe & Co, a brand that lives and breathes creative reinvention, will bring some of Ireland’s most impressive artists and creatives together to celebrate craft in the heart of Dublin city. A yet unused space within the newly revived Dollard Printing House on Dublin’s Quays has been transformed into a Roe & Co venue, where the premium Irish whiskey will host regular workshop sessions, The Roe & Collective. The workshops will take place in Dollard Printing House on Wellington Quay.

Cocktail masterclass with <A HREF="https://www.roeandcowhiskey.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Roe & Co ambassador, Alan Mulvihill</A>
Roe & Co’s brand ambassador will host a completely unique cocktail masterclass which is sparked from reinventing the ordinary. Alan will bring guests on a step-by-step journey to create two delicious Roe & Co cocktails.
The art of the portrait with wet plate photographer, <A HREF="http://www.theanaloguestudio.ie/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Alex Sapienza</A>
Enjoy a masterclass on the art of wet plate photography – a process of extreme light exposure that results in amazing raw style photographs being developed onto a sheet of metal. Alex will lead an hour-long workshop where he discusses this art form, how the process is done and why the reinvention of this art form has excited him.
Copper etching with artist, <A HREF="http://helenohiggins.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Helen O’Higgins</A>
Helen will take guests through the art of copper etching and printing. Helen’s work is an exploration of the architecture, culture, history and everyday life in Dublin City. She will demonstrate the artform and invite guests to try their hand at etching and printing on copper paper.
 
Your ticket will also get you a token for a complimentary Roe & Co highball serve in partnering Roberta's restaurant and bar which is situated just below Dollard House.
