About this event

The Role & Responsibilities of the Designated Liaison Person

Dublin City Childcare Committee are pleased to announce we will be hosting a briefing session delivered by Jan Perrin, Children First Information and Advice Officer in Tusla.

The designated liaison person is responsible for ensuring that reporting procedures within an organisation are followed so that child welfare and protection concerns are referred promptly to Tusla.

This session is aimed at those in DLP or deputy DLP roles in ELC and SAC services and will explore the roles and responsibilities of the DLP/DDLP. It is particularly aimed at those who may be new to a DLP or DDLP role and have been unable to access training since their appointment.
