Samhain Long Table Supper

The Samhain Long Table Supper is one of the festival’s most anticipated highlights, bringing people together for an unforgettable evening celebrating brilliant food, exceptional producers and the deep connections created around our tables.

This year, we are delighted to welcome Luca Grasselli of Cascina Lago Scuro, Italy as our guest chef. Luca will bring his Italian heritage and culinary influences to the Boyne Valley, creating a bespoke menu that blends the very best Irish and Italian ingredients and traditions.

Each course will celebrate seasonal produce while exploring the special relationship between Ireland and Italy - two countries united by a shared passion for food, farming, provenance and hospitality. More than just a meal, the Samhain Long Table Supper is an evening of community, conversation and shared experience, bringing guests, chefs and producers together around one table.
