Scáthach are a Waterford-based 8 piece Irish rock band built for live rooms: all-original, high-energy, and packed with catchy songs designed to be sung along to from the first chorus. Their sound blends driving guitars, strong melodies, and direct lyrics, anchored by rich three-part harmonies that give their anthems a distinctive, memorable edge.
Known for headline sets at Churchyard in Waterford’s Viking Triangle and Heatwave Festival, Scáthach turn crowds into choirs, with audiences singing their originals back to them by the second or third song.
