• Event starts at 6:30 pm and ends at 8:00 pm on Saturday, April 4th (Irish time zone), online. The Zoom room will open 10 minutes before the event begins, giving you time to get settled in the lobby.

• Only attend with family on the same device please do not attend with friends on the same device as this will complicate who's spirits are with who as spirits from both different families will come through during the reading and will complicate the reading.
If your family members are participating with you on the same device, no additional tickets are required - Only one ticket per device.
If family members or friends are joining from seperate locations, additional tickets are required. You can purchase up to 10 tickets per event. After purchasing, you'll receive one access link that works for the total number of tickets you selected.

If you’re chosen for a reading ?
If you're chosen for a reading, sean-luc and the audience will be able to see and hear you. As long as your device has a working camera or microphone, you'll be able to interact live during the event.
How Do I Request a Reading?
During the Event, you’ll see a “Raise Hand” button. Clicking it lets Sean-Luc know you’d like a reading. Sean-Luc will then offer readings to those he feels most drawn to in that moment.
Do I Need Any Special Software or Equipment?
Nope nothing complicated! You can join using your smartphone, tablet, or computer with the private link we send you after purchase.
The event is hosted on Zoom, a trusted and easy-to-use video platform.
Will Everyone Receive a Reading?
Sean-Luc will read as many guests as possible during the event. Readings typically last 5 – 15 mins per person depending on who i’m drawn to read for. Not everyone will receive a personal reading during the live event, everyone will witness the powerful messages, heartfelt connections, and wisdom shared from spirit.
If you’re chosen for a reading, you’ll need to switch on your camera so everyone can see and hear you clearly, as you’ll be going live with Sean‑Luc while he shares messages from your loved ones. If you’d rather not participate in a reading, you’re welcome to relax and simply take in the experience.
Lost Tickets
When tickets are purchased via Eventbrite, an account is automatically created using the email address provided at checkout. To retrieve your tickets, log in to the Eventbrite app or website using the same email address and select Tickets. For further assistance, please refer to Eventbrite Help.
After Completing your Ticket Purchase :
After purchasing a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite. To join the Zoom meeting, open that email and click the 'View the Event' button. This will take you to our secure Online Event Page where the 'Join Now' button will appear when the event starts.
Event Cancellation & Unforeseen Circumstances
Full refunds are provided only if the event is cancelled. If the event must be postponed or replaced due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather or force majeure, no refunds will be issued. A rescheduled date or alternative event may be offered instead. These conditions override standard terms and conditions.
