Secure Hardware, Edge Computing & Agentic AI: Unlocking Value for SMEs
This hands-on workshop explores how Secure Hardware, Edge Computing, and Agentic AI are converging to solve real problems for Northwest SMEs
Through live experiments, controlled failures, and audience participation, attendees will witness the actual performance gap between Cloud and Edge processing, see how Hardware-Based security prevents common business threats, and watch AI agents tackle business challenges in seconds.
Participants will leave understanding which technologies could best solve their specific challenges and how to access them through the Innovation Voucher or Test Before Invest programs. No prior technical knowledge required - just bring your business challenges and prepare for some "aha" moments.
Speaker Details:
Name: Sean Keys, ATU WiSAR Technology Gateway
Profile:
Sean Keys is Lead Systems & Software Engineer at ATU’s WiSAR Technology Gateway and has led ATU Test Before Invest services for the Data2Sustain consortium for the past three years. Under his leadership, WiSAR delivered three AI innovation projects last year, supporting the translation of advanced digital capabilities into real-world outcomes for SMEs.
With over 16 years of industrial experience prior to joining ATU in 2018, Sean has held roles across Automotive Supply Chain Management, Tier-1 Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), and Operations Management in the Biomedical device sector.
