About this event

Welcome to SETU's Foundation Day 2024 - 'Connecting for Workforce Skills' Conference. This is one in a series of conferences to mark the second anniversary of South East Technological University's establishment on 1 May 2022. Each conference explores a specific theme from our strategic plan: 'Connecting for Impact - 2023 - 2028'.

The 'Connecting for Workforce Skills' Conference looks at the importance of a skilled, flexible, well-educated workforce to develop our regional economy, and examines the workforce skills needed to maintain the south east region as an attractive place to live, work and invest in. This will be explored with a keen eye on how we ensure access and inclusion for all of our communities.

Join us for insightful sessions, networking opportunities, and engaging discussion at South East Technological University (SETU), Haughton Building, Kilkenny Road, Carlow, R93 V960.

We look forward to welcoming you to SETU.
