About ‘Shaolin Inner-Strength One Finger Meditation QiGong’
“Shaolin Inner-Strength One Finger Meditation Qigong” is a unique training exercise from the Fujian Shaolin temple in China. After being refined and enriched over hundreds of years and more than 10 dynasties, it has become the superior exercise in martial arts. Differing from not only the common Shaolin dynamic but also the meditation-form static Gong, it has its unique methods including dynamic power, static power, “competitive”, “martial art” and other power laws. “Inner-Strength One Finger Meditation Qigong” s trainings are special. Although not emphasizing on keeping quiet or focus mind during trainings, it does requires absolutely correct postures and the sequence of each actions or movements. It can unblock, clear the meridians and adjust the body's blood circulation to achieve the balance of yin and yang and the coordination of functions of internal organs. By doing that one can have better health and free from diseases, with longevity of life and smarter mind, and the unity of Qi, spirit and essence. About Dr. Yuhong Xie
Dr. Yuhong Xie graduated from Nanjing University of TCM in 1990 and has been working for the University and his affiliated hospitals as a doctor, lecturer since then until 2005. In July 2005, Dr. Xie was awarded a doctorate in medicine in the field of acupuncture and Qigong Tuina by the Nanjing University of TCM in China. Since 2005 he started practicing and teaching Chinese Medicine in the UK.
Dr. Xie has solid knowledge of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and profound Qigong foundations. He has optimally combined Qigong and traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and massage into highly effectively treating many clinical situations such as hypertension, diabetes, tumors, and other diseases
For more than 20 years, Dr. Xie has trained and guided thousands of students in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Australia, Norway, Spain, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and more than dozens of other countries and regions to learn medical Qigong. Dr. Xie has attended many international medical Qigong conferences. He gave speeches and performances during these meetings. Dr. Xie has published monographs “Wish You Healthy, Qigong chapter”, “Spring Tonics” and other books. He also has participated in writing and editing the textbooks “Chinese medical Qigong” and “Introduction to Chinese Medicine Treatment”.
