Singing in Spring
Who feels like singing?
With the start of spring, it would be lovely to hear music being sung at Goethe-Institut Irland. Join us in March and April, on Friday afternoons from 4 to 5 p.m., to sing together. The idea: singing easy songs with German lyrics.
What can you expect?
• Various themes
• Canons & songs for one or two voices
• Open to anyone
The focus is on having fun singing together, no pressure. Singing offers a wonderful opportunity to encounter the German language in a natural way. The language used in songs creates imagery and certain themes recur, making it easier to learn vocabulary. At the same time, singing songs offers the opportunity to get a feel for pronunciation.
Where: Auditorium at Goethe-Institut Irland
Language: German/English (knowledge of German is an advantage, but not essential)
