Terms and Conditions: Ski Trip

Booking and Deposit:

A refundable deposit of €50 is required by November, to secure your place.

The remaining balance can be paid in installments there after.

Flights:

You will be sent a Whatsapp group link. Once we have all attendees on our Whatsapp group we will then book flights individually from November/December 2024.

Group Size:

The trip is contingent on a max 50 participants In shared self-chartering accommodation in the main village.

Refund Policy:

The initial €50 deposit is refundable only if the minimum number of participants is not reached, resulting in the cancellation of the Ski Trip.

Payment Methods:

Deposit via Eventbrite and remaining payments via Ecofitness payments links.

Flight Booking:

Flights are not included in the package and must be booked separately by each participant.

Please do not book flights until we get final number.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time to Dublin airport.

Accommodations and Inclusions:

Accommodations include self-catering shared apartments, private airport transfer, ski hire ( skies, poles and boots) and ski passes.

Any additional expenses incurred during the trip are the responsibility of the individual participant.

Itinerary Changes:

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions). Participants will be notified of any changes promptly.

Health and Safety:

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the activities involved in the ski trip.

Travel insurance must be presented to organisers to include winter sports . This is a legal requirement in Italy.

Behavioural Expectations:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner, adhering to local laws and regulations.

Communication:

• Participants will be added to a WhatsApp group for trip-related communication. It is the participant's responsibility to stay informed.

By making a deposit, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
