We spend nearly a third of our life asleep, yet most of us are not sleeping nearly enough. Sleep is the cornerstone of wellbeing, allowing us to foster a more enjoyable existence and it’s where our bodies find balance for so many of its functions from the immune system to the brain to the emotional. This masterclass is the perfect opportunity to understand more about sleep and to learn about creating your evening routine and sleep ritual. It will include a sleep talk by The Sleep Care Co. (@<a href="https://www.instagram.com/thesleepcarecompany/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">thesleepcarecompany</a>)founder Anne Marie Boyhan together with a sleep yoga session by Yoga teacher Leanne Fogarty (<a href="https://www.instagram.com/align_with_leanne/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">@align_with_leanne</a>) providing a holistic approach to setting yourself up for a blissful sleep. As you join us on this journey, we encourage you to make the most of disconnecting for the session and discover exactly how improving your sleep can not only make you feel more relaxed and rejuvenated, but ultimately improve your overall health and wellness. The workshop will cover the science of sleep, sleep and lifestyle, Anne Marie will take you through how to get the best use out of your Sleep Journal, how to design a remarkable sleep routine that works for you and we will end with a movement session of sleep yoga to help you unwind before bedtime. You will come away with having worked out what self care for sleep could look like for you and some practical tips on how you can work these small changes into your everyday life. Essentially we will empower you with tools to reclaim the sleep you deserve. P.S.
