Sligo Jazz Project reserves the rights to capture images during events hosted and organised by the organisation using film and digital photography, sound, video or other media. These images may be used on the SJP website and in other publicity material and communications including social media. SJP recognises its responsibilities towards children and vulnerable adults.
SJP reserves the right to cancel a registration without necessarily providing an explanation.
I fully understand, acknowledge and assume all risks associated with my/my child’s/children’s participation in Sligo Jazz Project summer school and festival events, and do hereby WAIVE RELEASE and DISCHARGE the organisers, sponsors, volunteers, marshalls, or any other persons involved in Sligo Jazz Project from liability for any personal injury, loss of life, damage or loss of property, and/or any other damage loss, of any description whatsoever suffered, regardless of however it may be caused, suffered or sustained in the course of, consequence upon or incidental to my/my child’s/children’s participation in Sligo Jazz Project’s summer school and festival and I will not make any claim against SJP on behalf of myself and/or my child/children.
