A Reiki-Infused Afternoon of Vision, Intention and New Beginnings

Join us for a special edition of our much-loved Vision Board Workshop on Wednesday, 12 August 2026—a remarkable day marked by a solar eclipse and New Moon.

Although Ireland will not experience totality, approximately 94% of the Sun will be covered in Dublin during the evening. The eclipse begins at approximately 6:12 PM, after the workshop has finished, reaching its maximum at approximately 7:10 PM. This makes the afternoon a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect and set intentions before this rare celestial event.

Across many reflective and spiritual traditions, a solar eclipse can symbolise transition, revelation and the closing of one chapter before another begins.

🌑 According to Tibetan Buddhist tradition, a solar eclipse is an exceptionally powerful time for spiritual practice, when the karmic effects of our actions and intentions are believed to be greatly multiplied. This makes 12 August a beautiful opportunity to create positive intentions, gain clarity and consciously envision your next chapter.

We will use this theme as inspiration for personal reflection and goal-setting while creating a vision board that represents what you genuinely want to welcome into your life.

This is not simply an arts-and-crafts workshop. It is a carefully guided experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and transform your ideas, dreams and intentions into something visible and meaningful.

During this 3.5-hour workshop, you will be guided through:

✨ A calming mindfulness meditation
✨ Solar Eclipse and New Moon reflection
✨ Journaling and holistic coaching prompts
✨ Exploring what you are ready to release or leave behind
✨ Clarifying your goals, dreams and intentions
✨ Creating your own personalised vision board
✨ Reiki energy infused into the creative space and your intentions
✨ A peaceful closing reflection

Whether you are beginning a new chapter, working towards an important goal or simply feeling ready for greater clarity and direction, this workshop offers a supportive space to reconnect with what matters most to you.

You do not need to be artistic or have any previous experience. Everything is provided, including:

✨ A large selection of magazines and inspirational images
✨ Stickers, quotes and decorative materials
✨ Scissors, glue and creative supplies
✨ Ceremonial cacao
✨ Guided meditation, journaling and coaching prompts

The workshop finishes before the partial eclipse begins in Dublin, allowing you time afterward to continue your personal reflection or safely observe the eclipse from a suitable location.

Important eclipse safety: Never look directly at the Sun without certified eclipse-viewing glasses. Ordinary sunglasses do not provide safe protection.

About Your Host

This workshop will combine collaging and coaching techniques to help you create your own unique vision board to take home. I am a qualified holistic life coach and a reiki master. Since I had completed my coaching certification I have been supporting people on their journey towards a fulfilling life .
