If you're carrying stress or tension, this Sound Bath by Candlelight in Ennis offers a calm space to pause and unwind.

For 90 minutes, nothing is expected of you.

No experience needed. Just lie back and rest.

The Experience

Step into a softly lit room filled with candlelight.

When the session begins, you’ll be invited to lie down on a mat, wrapped in a cosy blanket.

We begin with a short guided body scan meditation to help you settle in and arrive fully in the space.

You’ll then be immersed in a soothing soundscape as crystal singing bowls, gongs, healing drum and delicate chimes gently fill the room.

The sounds help the body unwind and settle into deep rest.

Many people leave feeling:
