A Pillow, Blanket and yoga mat. Bottle of water to keep hydrated.

What are the benefits of attending a soundbath?

A  soundbath offers  a many benefits, such as:- Relief from stress and anxiety. Lowers blood pressure. Clears mental clutter. Helps alleviate physical discomfort and reduce muscular tension. Improve sleep.   A Sound bath is a complimentary therapy and not intended to replace medical treatment.

Due to people having allergies or sensitivity to odours,  I do not burn incence.

Are the candles you use sented?

No the candles are fragrance free, odourless candles. They also have cotton wicks so they have a clean burn.
