Spring Equinox: Transformational Breathwork Workshop
Join me for a Friday evening Breathwork reset to celebrate the official beginning of Spring.
This years Spring Equinox, 20th March, is the perfect time for renewal, reset and letting go.
You will be guided through a powerful transformational breathwork journey followed by a deeply healing meditation and integration session. The perfect way to shift between seasons.
So, what exactly is transformational breathwork?
It is a profound & powerful tool used to release years of suppressed emotion, stored trauma or stress while allowing you to deeply connect to your subconscious mind and find clarity from within.
What should you expect on the day?
A guided Breathwork and Meditation journey based on the science of breathwork and NLP visualisation techniques. You will learn to silence your mind and dive deeper inward and after the breathwork ill be guiding you through a meditation and integration journalling session.
You will let go of the emotions that have been holding you back and feel SO much lighter after.
~ It will be a small group setting and a perfect safe environment to try this type of breathwork if you've never tried before. ~
*Note: All props are provided please bring water a journal and a pen!
