Come along and enjoy some delicious food freshly prepared by Michelin Star chef Udo Whitman while making new business connections and hear about the origin's of Buddy's Market from business owner Maurice Mathews and running a family business for over 40 years.
Our keynote speaker will be Corporate Wellness Expert, Hugh Fitzmaurice of www.claritycoach.ie. Hugh will be talking about how wellness programmes can attract and retain staff, increase productivity, sales and reduce burnout.
