Overview

A workshop with Vourneen Ryan, designed for young musicians who want to perform with greater confidence and consistency.

Led by performance coach Vourneen Ryan, this session introduces practical performance psychology tools that help you play your best when it matters most.

Using techniques trusted by professional performers, you'll discover how to:
🎵 Transform nervous energy into focused performance power
🎵 Build mental skills that keep you steady under pressure
🎵 Recognise and manage thoughts, habits, and physical tension
🎵 Develop pre-performance routines that boost confidence
🎵 Connect with purpose and bring deeper expression to your music

This interactive workshop is practical, supportive, and immediately useful, whether you're preparing for festival performances, exams, auditions, or ensemble work. You'll leave with strategies you can apply straight away to perform with greater ease and authenticity.
