Stained Glass Evening Classes with WildBird Studio @ BLOCK T

4 Tuesdays, starting January 31st, 18:00 - 21:00

Join us in January for a crash course in the art of Stained Glass! The course will run from 6-9pm each Tuesday evening for 4 weeks.

In this 4 week course you will explore the Copper Foil Technique of Stained Glass - also known as Tiffany Glass. You will learn how to create a pattern, cut, grind and foil glass, assemble the pieces and finally solder them into your very own fabulous creation. Each student will make a light-catcher and a 30 x 30 cm panel of their own original design as well as learning more about the deeper legacy of Stained Glass and what its place is in modern Ireland. 

This course is perfect for beginners or for anyone who would like to start Stained Glass as a hobby and wants a deeper understanding of the process. All materials and tools included!

If you cannot attend the workshop we can reschedule your workshop if you inform us up to 21 days prior to the workshop's start date. If you request to reschedule less than 21 days before the workshop starting date we will not be in a position to change the date. Places can be given to a friend if you can no longer attend - please inform us as soon as you can with the new attendee's contact details.
