Whether you're a total newbie or a seasoned pro, it's all about fun, balance, and you dint even have to get wet. Explore Kilkenny on the river. Wear sports gar and bring spare clothes and we will provide the rest and there is an optional sauna afterwards!</p><p><br></p>
