Which workshop is best for me and my child?

If your child is under 6, the 10.30 workshop is best. Otherwise, any of the others are suitable

Are the workshops in English?

The 10.30 and 12.00 workshop are in English. In the afternoon workshops there will be native Irish speakers in attendance encouraging us all to use as much Irish as we can.

Do I stay with my child while the workshop is on?

Yes. You are very welcome to say while the workshop is on.

Join us for some Engineering Challenge to celebrate Engineers Week 2026! The 10.30 workshop is for 4 to 6 year olds. The 12.00 workshop is for over 8s. The 2 o'clock and 3 o'clock workshops are for families and are in association with Comhluadar Luimnigh, where we will be encouraging everyone to speak in Irish, as much as they can.
