Organised by the Midlands LGBT+ Project and the Queer Strength Collective, funded by Kildare Sports Partnership.
Join us for a 4-week strength training course designed for trans, non-binary and gender diverse people who want to build confidence, learn proper technique, and feel more comfortable in a gym environment.
First session: April 12th @ 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Second session: April 19th @ 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Third Session: April 26th @11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Fourth Session: May 3rd @ 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Whether you’re completely new to strength training or looking to improve your skills, this course offers a supportive, trans-affirming space where you can learn at your own pace. Each session will focus on key exercises, safe form, and building a routine that works for you, with guidance from an experienced coach.
What to expect:
• A welcoming and inclusive environment
• Beginner-friendly strength training guidance
• Support with technique, form, and gym confidence
• A small group setting to build community and connection
Who is this for?
This programme is open to people over 18 years old who identify as trans, non-binary, or gender diverse.
Come as you are, wear comfortable clothes you can move in and no prior gym experience needed.
