The Flourishing Circle Initiative
The Flourishing Circle is an alliance and community of practice of MBSP certified practitioners contributing to a possible better world enjoying sustainable flourishing and performance through mindfulness and character strengths.

In this Alumni session online, we will learn from Ryan M. Niemiec the latest developments in the mindfulness and character strengths practice and experience the transformational, generative, and regenerative benefits of enjoying practicing together.
There are no requirements for participating in this Alumni session other than contributing to the flourishing group energy.
Special Guest
Ryan M. Niemiec Psy.D. is a leading figure in the education, research, and practice of character strengths. He’s education director of the VIA Institute on Character, a global, non-profit organization in Cincinnati that advances the latest science of character strengths.

Jaume Gallifa, MBA, ACC. Founder of Gallifa & Partner LLC, Jaume is a coach (ICF), MBSP and Zen practitioner, specialized in transformational change, and flourishing.
Dana Walden, MBA, PCC. Founder of Certo Coaching & Consulting LLC, Dana is a coach (ICF) and MBSP practitioner specialized in leadership, emotional intelligence, and strengths development.
Lien Nguyen, Ph.D. Founder of Get’iha, Lien is a certified coach (ICF), facilitator and MBSP practitioner specialized in intrapersonal communication and liberated relational harmony.
