Retreat to the beautiful Ballymaloe for a day filled with yoga, self care and connection to celebrate the Summer Solstice. This day retreat is open to all levels, whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner - everybody is welcome.

The Summer Solstice marks the official start of astronomical Summer. It's a time when nature is in full bloom, representing growth, abundance and vitality. We will honor the energy of the solstice by igniting our inner fire through an energizing morning practice, connect to nature with a walk around the grounds, nourish our bodies with a locally produced & seasonal lunch, and deepen our connection with ourselves through reflective practices like yin, nidra and meditation.

Yoga mats and props will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.
