Saturday Full-Day Yoga Retreat

A day of Yoga & relaxation at the stunning seaside Gorse Hill Retreat Centre.

Varied active & relaxing Yoga sessions, delicious vegetarian food (lunch & snacks), connection & a chance to enjoy both the stunning gardens, revitalising sea air, gorgeous views & unique outdoor artwork.

Time dedicated to our practice; to be in community together, to have fun, & to take the opportunity ahead of true summertime to put some pizazz back into our practice, all on our mats together.

Whether you're a seasoned Yogi or a beginner, Liagh of EveryDay Yoga Ireland, a senior qualified EYT experienced Yoga instructor, will guide you.

We will explore various Yoga practices, including asanas (Yoga poses), pranayama (breathwork), & meditation.

Can I book a place for a friend?

Yes - you can book two places in one booking

Do I have to be an experienced Yogi?

No. This is a retreat for both Beginners & currently practising Yogis alike. Liagh is experienced in teaching many kinds of Yoga to many people. Take the day at your own pace.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your own Yoga mat & other props too if you like. There are some props available onsite. Wear comfortable clothes for practising in - layers are best. Do also bring swimming gear abd/or walking gear if you feel like a dip and/or a walk along the coast before or after the day's events.

Can I car-pool/travel with others to/from Dublin?

Yes & this will be necessary due to limited parking space on-site. Once numbers are confirmed in the last week, you will receive further information on this.

Liagh is an experienced Yoga Teacher whose classes combine movement, breath, meditation & relaxation, all aimed at helping each person discover their own Yoga.

A senior-qualified E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa & Accessible Yoga), Liagh has studied & practiced with many renowned teachers over the years; from Donna Farhi to Jivana Heyman, John Scott to Amy Ippoliti, Sarah Ramsden to Nischala Joy Devi, Shandor Remete, Lalit Kumar, James Higgins & many more.
