Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

We will supply yoga mats but if you would prefer to bring your own or bring a second for extra comfort please feel free.

Do I need to be an experienced yogi to attend?

Not at all! Some yoga experience would be preferred but it is open to all levels. Just come along and enjoy the experience.

Start your day with a 45min yoga class followed by a preview of Sweaty Betty's latest collection. We'll enjoy canapes and coktails on the terrace followed by music from iRadio's Sharron Lynskey.
