This is a 90min Sound Vibration Journey weaved with Yin Yoga.


In this world of more or less constant doing, join Aoife & Kale as we move slowly and yin-fully through poses while weaving between healing instruments, soothing voice and silence in order to bring our whole being into harmony.


This combination of Sound Healing & Yin will enable us to drop down into our parasympathetic nervous system, the place where the body can heal and renew itself. We aim to help you enter a state of deep relaxation as you go on a journey with healing vibrations, breath and gentle movement.

💫 What is Sound Healing: Sound healing, alternatively known as Sound Therapy or Vibrational Medicine, is the practice of using sound and frequency to bring harmony, healing and relaxation to the body, mind & soul. Vibrations from the instruments assist the release of energetic and emotional blockages in the body and stimulate healing.


💫 What is Yin - Yin is a slow, gentle practice which initiates deep relaxation of the body, mind and soul, and aids the body into healing. In Yin we hold each pose passively for a longer period of time. All poses are floor based (no standing). Blockages within our emotional and physical body can be released through the long passive holds within a yin yoga practice. It is an excellent practice to help with sleep, to calm our nervous system and to bring a gentle stress/stretch to our connective tissues. Yin is also known as the practice of surrender.

💫 What to bring/wear:

· Something to cover your eyes to block out the summer light

· Water to harmonise it during the sound healing and to hydrate after the session

· Wear cosy warm clothes

· Bring anything that will allow you to rest deeply.

· We will not generate heat in this session, your body temperature WILL drop. Please prepare with this in mind

· We respectfully ask that you do not bring your phone into the session as we move away from our usual state of more or less constant doing and move into a state of being and resting

· Due to the silent nature of the session late arrivals cannot be admitted, we hope you understand

· Please arrive in good time so you are well settled in (the doors will open 10 min before the start time)

· Yoga mats, blankets & bolsters will be provided.
