The Calm Rooms

The Sunday Slowdown is a 75 minute class that combines gentle mat-based yoga, short meditations and breathwork. The class is designed to help you calm your nervous system, release tension and feel great. You can expect candles and fairy lights, calming music and aromatherapy. It's a restful way to end your weekend and ease your way into a new week with a positive mindset. WHEN AND WHERE DOES THIS CLASS TAKE PLACE?The Sunday Slowdown will take place on Sunday May 12th at 5.30pm in The Calm Rooms, Monkstown village, Co. Dublin. You'll find The Calm Rooms at 101 Monkstown Road, between Lobstar and Goggins Pub.There is good availability of on-street parking in Monkstown village and additional parking/Dart services at nearby Seapoint Dart station (5-10 minutes).WHO IS THIS CLASS SUITABLE FOR?This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners, all fitness levels and all ages. The class is very gentle and the physical part of the class can be modified for most limitations and injuries. The Calm Rooms is upstairs and there is no lift so you must be able to climb up and down a flight of stairs to take part.
