About this event

FREE Sustainable Gardening Course sponsored by Fingal County Council. This is a 5 week course that covers everything you need to know to improve your area for biodiversity and grow chemical free. This course is particularly interesting for Tidy Towns groups, Allotment Holders, Green Schools Coordinators and those wishing to really reduce their impact on the planet.

The course will run on Saturdays 4.30 pm for 5 weeks. You need to be available for all 5 sessions to sign up and they will be held in the Baldoyle area on :

Saturday 21st of May

Saturday 28th of May

Saturday 4th of June

Saturday 11th of June and

Saturday 18th of June

Topics covered include reducing your waste, creating wildflower areas, growing vegetables, pollinator planting and much more. The course is interactive and you will also get the chance to make your own biodegradable pots and take cuttings.

Please note this course is open to people living in the Fingal area and all information supplied will be shared with Aoife Munn and Fingal County Council for the purposes of running and administrating the course.
