Join a Community of Women for a fun Aqua Aerobics and Swimming programme specific for midlife females. The programme will provide females with the opportunity to experience the benefits of the water, from understanding how swimming and aquatics can act as a powerful coping strategy, to managing health and well-being to using it to spark self-motivation and strive for challenge. Sessions will be coached via swim Ireland accredited. (please note participants should be able to swim 2 lengths of a pool).
Women’s Health Specialists will deliver educational sessions throughout the practical programme, either in person or online while Covid-19 restrictions remain. These sessions will provide further women’s health advice and guidance and the opportunity to resolve any unanswered questions that participants may have relating to their milestone period. At the end of the 8 weeks participants will receive a goodie bag.
