The Irish Writers Centre’s Takin the Mic is joined by Poetry NI for a special edition of the monthly spoken word open-mic. Hosted by Purely Poetry’s Colin Dardis and Geraldine O’Kane, the evening will feature guest performances from Rob Doyle and Tory Campbell as well as the usual open-mic for writers, spoken-word artists, comedians and musicians. All are welcome to perform.
A few things to note:
- As this is a partnership event with Poetry NI, half the performers list will be reserved for performers from Northern Ireland.
- Five mins per performer
- Slots are on a first come, first served basis
- Performers should sign up in advance via Eventbrite (free!)
