About this event

A panel discussion on the teaching of history ,North and South as we mark the centenary of key events such as the War of Independence; Partition; the Treaty negotiations and the Civil War. We will explore what role teachers of the curriculum play in dealing with controversial issues of divided loyalties and cultural identity in the classroom.

This event will be chaired by the historian Professor Ciaran Brady.
