Ergo was founded in 1993 and today is a €200million business with nearly 750 employees, spinning off two companies along the way (Fenergo and Flowforma) as well as acquiring CDSoft, iSite, Micromail, Asystec & BoatyardX. John is an investor in a number of early stage technology companies and advises many others. There is no such thing as an overnight success and John will talk first hand to the challenges involved in building Ergo to the industry giant that it is today.
