The Inner Reset is an in-person event with <a href="https://brianpennie.com/" title="https://brianpennie.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dr Brian Pennie</a> and breathwork expert Niall Ó Murchú, combining neuroscience, personal story, and guided breathwork to help people understand stress, reconnect with the body, and experience a deeper sense of inner safety.We'll explores why so many people feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and unable to switch off. Brian will share his personal story of trauma, addiction, disconnection, and recovery, alongside the science of stress and evolutionary mismatch.
