You get to decide who make it to the final. Each attendee gets a bag of chips and a scorecard and a chance to handpick your favorite garlic mayo from over 40 chefs / restaurants. The top Garlic Mayo from each lane will go to our judging panel to pick Irealnds favorite Garlic Mayo.
