About this event
This workshop introduces you to the world of Mindfulness.
We will delve gently into the functioning of the brain in relation to Mindfulness. This will give you a clear understanding into the potential power Mindfulness can have on your life. This section of my Mindfulness workshops serves a great deal of purpose for people wanting to understand this topic.
We will discuss the topic of awareness and ways in which we can raise our awareness on a more long-term basis. When we turn inwards and pay attention to what is happening through our thoughts and emotions, we can then become to understand why we behave in the way that we do. We can understand ourselves as humans to a greater level.
On the night we will practice breathing exercises, journaling and meditation. Each of these practices serving a great deal of importance to your overall Mindfulness practice.
You will walk away from this workshop with a better understanding of how Mindfulness can serve you well in life. You will walk away with tools that can help build your Mindfulness practice from the ground up.
