About this event

  • 7 hours

The path to self-compassion mini retreat is back again this year.

This time we'll be hosting the event at the Dominican retreat centre in the old village of Tallaght.

Join us for the day and begin planting the seeds of Self-compassion and let Nature, Meditation and Art supporting you.

Studies have shown that self-compassion is a reliable source of inner strength that confers courage and enhances resilience when we’re faced with difficulties.

When we are mindful of our struggles, and respond to ourselves with compassion, kindness, and support in times of difficulty, things start to change.

This mini-retreat includes:

-The history of the village and the monastery

-Forest bathing walk

-Sitting meditation practice

-Mindful movement

-Art session

Please bring your own lunch and water for the day.
