Overview

A reflective community conversation about living in uncertain times.

The Pause Space – Navigating a Broken World

The world can feel overwhelming right now. Constant news, global crises, and uncertainty can leave many of us feeling anxious, numb, or disconnected.

The Pause Space is a small, guided community gathering designed to create moments of reflection and sharing - and this time we want to find grounding in the middle of all that noise.

This is not a lecture, therapy session, or debate. Instead, it is a calm, structured space where people can pause, reflect, and talk about how the state of the world is affecting them - and hear how others are making sense of it.

Through gentle prompts and small group conversations, we explore questions like:

  • How do global events affect our daily lives and mental wellbeing?
  • How do we stay informed without becoming overwhelmed?
  • What helps us remain grounded during uncertain times?

You are welcome to share as much or as little as you like. Many people simply come to listen, reflect, and connect with others who may be feeling the same way.

The evening is designed to be relaxed, thoughtful, and human.

Tea and a short break are included so there is also time to simply connect informally.

Note: Spaces are limited, with a maximum capacity of 10–12 participants.
