What is a Sound Bath?

Participants typically lay down on a yoga mat while an experienced practitioner uses specialist instruments which are played in therapeutic ways combined with deep self-reflection techniques. This gentle yet extremely powerful experience is used to improve health and wellbeing.

Comfortable Clothing, Warm Socks, Yoga Mat & Pillow / Cushion, Warm Blanket (perhaps x2), Water

Participants can sit on a chair if laying down is not suitable. There are some people that a sound bath is not suitable for and these include: if you’re in the 1st trimester of pregnancy, if you have a pace maker, metal plates or implants. If you are within 3 months of a major surgery.
