About this event

Welcome!

Sean and James from Rainbow Minds Centre are delighted to invite counsellors, psychotherapists, and healthcare practitioners to join them for their annual summer retreat. This year, under the rejuvenating theme of “Pathways to Authenticity,” they look forward to accompanying you on a journey of reconnection with your inner self while exploring new dimensions of self-care.

Retreat Details:

Dates: Friday, 7th of June, starting at 6:00 PM, through Sunday 9th of June, concluding at 3:30 PM.

Location: Slí an Chroí Retreat Centre, St. Patrick's, Kiltegan, Co Wicklow. Located just over an hour from Dublin city, this serene retreat house, a favourite of ours for the past seven years, offers a welcoming environment alongside the use of its beautiful grounds and house. Unaffiliated with any religion, this tranquil setting provides the perfect backdrop for our gathering.

About the Retreat:

Over the course of these enriching days, we invite you to immerse yourself in a weekend dedicated to sharing, nature, reflection, and connection. Experience profound practices such as drumming, breath-work, ritual, fire ceremony, silence, small group discussions, and time in nature with activities like forest bathing and solo time, alongside creative sessions to reconnect with our essential selves.

Your Hosts:

James is an accredited psychotherapist with IACP, eco/forest therapist, sound therapist, and shamanic practitioner. James's deep connection to nature and shamanic practices is enriched by his experience in transpersonal psychology, with a particular focus on LGBTQ mental health and well-being.

Sean is a Satir Coach and Mentor, Mind coach, and NLP Master Practitioner certified with the Irish Institute of NLP. Sean is a shamanic practitioner who is passionate about mind, body, and spiritual wellness, with extensive training in various energy and bodywork modalities. Sean has a love of exploring how creativity contributes to well-being and brings art to a lot of his work.

For Participants:

This retreat allows like-minded folks to take time for self-care and healing in a supportive environment. It is open to counsellors and therapists and includes students, qualified professionals, and supervisors. We welcome participants of all backgrounds and genders.

CPD cert of attendance given before departure.

Accommodation and Meals:

Participants will be accommodated in simple yet comfortable twin and single rooms with shared bathrooms, with each participant having their own bedroom to immerse in the retreat experience fully. All meals provided will be vegan (they are always a huge hit and prepared lovingly by your hosts), with gluten options available for coeliac people.

Fee:

The retreat fee is €350, covering all sessions, two nights and three days of accommodation, and meals and snacks throughout the retreat, as well as facilitation and materials. Attendance is limited to 14 participants to maintain an intimate setting. Registration is required via the Eventbrite link we will provide, and please note that your place is not secured until payment is made.

Refund Policy:

Refunds minus the Eventbrite fee are available until the 25th of May.

Refunds, minus the cost of accommodation and an admin fee, are available until the 1st of June.

After this date, refunds are not available, but in some circumstances, you may transfer your registration to a different retreat at a later date. There will be an additional fee for this as rooms from the centre are non-refundable.

We are eager to share this time of deep connection and personal growth with you at Slí an Chroí. Further details will be provided upon registration.

Join us for a weekend that promises reflection, rejuvenation, and a meaningful journey towards authenticity.
