About this event

This is a self-paced online workshop that takes about 3 hours to complete. Find a link to this online module on Blackboard in ‘Online Modules’.

In this course, students will learn how to improve their time management skills to achieve their goals without feeling burned out or stressed. They will have the opportunity to learn strategies and best practices from business leaders, authors, and coaches like Alison Beard, Elizabeth Grace Saunders, Peter Bregman, and Joanne Chang. Students have the option to view the content in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Chinese.

Learning Objectives

1. Define what time management is and the benefits of doing it effectively

2. Learn how to prioritize your goals

3. Analyze current activities and identify ways to improve their use of time

4. Create a realistic schedule based on key priorities

5. Adopt new time management habits to sustain productivity goals

6. Improve time management when working in teams.
