How should I prepare?

Put  April 8, 15, 19, 26 and May 6 (bonus session) in your diary. Come with an open mind to the Seminars.   Commit to the 30 days. Know it’s ok if you miss a day for whatever reason,  you will be supported • Make the conscious decision to be open to learn something new and have fun.

What support will I receive?

You will be supported by our 6 hosts during the 30 days via whatsapp. After the 30 days there is a free support group and meetings for further integration of the practice into your daily life.

Where do I sign up?

Click on the booking link and you’re in. An email will be sent on how to prepare before the first session. Make sure you have a quiet space to attend the seminars each Monday.

How often will we meet?

Accepted Answer

We will meet via Zoom 4 times on Monday and there will be a Bonus session on May 6th. You will then have time to practice the techniques and develop your own experience and understanding.
