Transformational breathwork is a powerful tool used to release years of trapped emotions and stress from your body.

Join me this February at The Calm Rooms Monkstown for a powerful transformational breathwork journey.

What exactly is transformational breathwork?

It is a profound & powerful tool used to release years of suppressed emotion, stored trauma or stress while allowing you to deeply connect to your subconscious mind and find clarity from within.

What should you expect on the day?

  • A 1 hour guided Transformational Breathwork and Meditation journey based on the science of breathwork and visualisation techniques.
  • After the breathwork ill be guiding you through a journalling session to integrate and process the session.
  • You will let go of the emotions and mental blockages that have been holding you back and feel much lighter after.


It will be a small group setting and a perfect safe environment to try this type of breathwork if you've never tried before but are curious.

Note: All props are provided but please bring water, a journal and a pen!
