TRANSITION - A YOGA WORKSHOP

Let us shed the stiffness and sluggishness our winter coats can leave and explore how we would like to emerge into the lighter half of the year. As we approach the Spring Equinox there is a restlessness on the land and within us. An eagerness to move into growth. Through yoga asana, breathwork and stillness we will explore how to shed the stiffness and sluggishness that this time of year can bring and how we would like to step across the threshold of the Spring Equinox. We will also explore how to bring balance to Kapha dosha, the water and earth elements that are predominant now and can cause a sluggish feeling at this time of year. We will practice asana and pranayama so that we release the sluggishness but stay grounded and clear within a world that feels chaotic.

Come join me at Mutton Lane Yoga studio in the heart of the Dublin mountains for an afternoon of slow flow yoga and breathwork followed by stillness and deep nourishing restorative poses.
