Join our 12 Days of Christmas Challenge this December to help keep your mind and body on track and have some fitness fun as we dive into the festive season. Complete the challenge alone or gather some fellow challengers to make the sessions more social than serious.

How Does it Work?

It’s very simple, just commit to completing 12 hours of your choice of physical activity between the 1st and 25th December 2018. Ideally this would be one hour of activity per day for 12 days, however this is a bit of fun and more about participation than competition so you can decide to do 12*1 hours, 24* 30 minutes or 6*2 hours of the activity or mix of activities.

The most important thing is that you complete the 12 hours of activity over the period and take the time out to enjoy the session, be it on your own or with some fellow challengers.

You can choose from yoga, pilates, running, swimming, cycling, walking, jogging, gym class or any other activity that gets you moving, puts a smile on your face and gets the blood rushing through your veins.

Naughty or Nice List

Everyone who completes the challenge will be entered onto Santa's Nice list with the chance to win a variety of gifts from Santa’s Sleigh, from race entries to sports kit, massage to treat vouchers and lots more.
