Triathlon Ireland Easter Halloween Training Session
This session is aimed at juniors age 13 to 17 who would like to hone their bike, run and transition skills in a learner centred environment.

This innovative new training session is designed for juniors aged 13 to 17 years old looking to improve their personal performance and skills across the bike and run disciplines of triathlon. They will have opportunities to develop their critical thinking capabilities through representative activities and support to identify their own personal strengths and weaknesses for further development.This camp will be facilitated by two Triathlon Ireland Level 2 Coaches with experience of working with young developing athletes in a learner centred environment.
Equipment Needed:
Bike, Helmet, Bike Shoes (if using), Running Shoes, Weather Appropriate Running and Cycling Attire, Suncream, Rain Coat, Snacks/ Nutrition and Fluids/ Water.
