Welcome to tru. A meeting of minds & innovations for the talent, recruitment, HRtech community.
Welcome to truBucharest!
#tru (The Recruitment Unconference) brings together talent acquisition professionals, sourcers, HR leaders and hiring managers for an interactive, participatory gathering. Forget slide decks and scripted speeches: every session is a dynamic, collaborative discussion track where everyone contributes and shares real-world experiences.
Hosted by Zalando Bucharest
Zalando is continuing on its journey to become Europe’s leading fashion and lifestyle technology platform as the company is expanding its presence across Europe in a targeted way with a newly opened office in Bucharest. Zalando Bucharest will operate as a multi-purpose capability site - tapping into Romania’s strong talent pool to access specialised and diverse talent, support operational efficiencies, and make day-to-day operations smoother and more effective across various expertise areas.
Hosting truBucharest is an extension of that mission: connecting local talent, exchanging ideas and building a strong talent acquisition community.
