Looking forward to teaching Yoga in Tuam @imeldaocodea fabulous, warm and cosy studio. If you want to be added to the group chat please drop me a message on 0871021810

This class will be suitable for all levels. It will operate on a pay as you go basis so need for monthly sign ups. Or you can buy a ticket here on eventbrite.

We will be using essential oils, doing breathwork, yoga poses and as always finish with a lovely guided meditation.
